The interview process was thorough and very transparent. The first chat was on the phone with the recruiter to get to know you a bit, your motivation etc. I was then given a technical assignment to complete within a week. After that, we scheduled technical video interview to review the code. It was very straightforward technical conversation developer-to-developer. People I talked to just wanted to know thoughts behind your approach, what was the most challenging, how you would extend it further etc. Next I had 2 culture interviews with two different people from the company, also very clear and pleasant. The final round was a video interview with the CEO, once again very straightforward conversation about your professional experience so far. It all was very well organised, the recruiters took care of addressing my doubts, questions, anything, very quickly. Everyone I met during the process was very helpful, 10/10 would do it again ;)

There were three interviews in total including a simple web app task. I first interviewed with the head of culture and people which later was not the person that followed my interviewing process (something that I feel like had to do with the ending result) because the responsible of hiring PHP developers (she never got to new me in person) was on holiday. Than after that first interview I was given a task which I had to develop in less than 5 days. After submitting the task I was called for a an analysis session with the web developers where they asked me about different aspects of the web app I had developed. Than after passing that step, I was interviewed on two separate sessions by the head of the project that offered the position and the company's CIO. They asked questions about leadership skills and overcoming day to day challenges. You had to bring a situation which than would be cross examined in questions and answers in order for them to better understand your past roles and the way you handled different situations. After that I waited for three weeks and I had to ask a few times about the status of the application. At the end, I sent another email asking for what the status was and they said that I hadn't been selected. I was disappointed a lot especially with the fact that I had to ask to get the answer which in my opinion, giving the time and effort I had given during the process, I should have gotten the minute I was disqualified from the process. A good thing was that they provided feedback for what I did right and what not and also mentioned that maybe in the future we could pick up the process where we left (which I know it's not likely to happen but still, it felt good reading it). Overall it was a good experience but in my opinion the process took longer than it could've had and in the end I was just wishing for the wait to end no matter the result.
