Very relaxed interview overall. One thing worth mentioning is that they ask for quite a lot upfront. You have to solve an at-home problem, then you require the IQ test, the personality testing, an interview with a psychologis and a technical interview at the very end. Since the pay range is communicated on the last interview, I would imagine someone could be disappointed if the pay range is not something he/she expected.
