Fairly open and welcoming. Easy enough questions about previous experience, interest in the role, availability, etc. As it is a physical job, they confirmed that I was aware of the same, and could lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. Explained the role and asked if I had any questions about the job itself. Asked about general hobbies, etc.
