This company is very unprofessional in their interview process. They changed the role interviewing for, to much more work than initially verbalized after the 2nd and 3rd interviews. Was told 4th interview would be the final and I would present to the board. The GM provided my presentation to the board without me, and then provided an additional vague interview task (5th) after completing take home presentation. They can give feedback, but they do not take feedback well. Company does not know what it wants, and constantly changes their minds. Massive red flags, stay away. Poor communication and structure. Avoid at all costs.
