It's a group interview process, except they don't tell you in advance. You find out when you show up for your interview and there is a group of people showing up at the same time. The kicker: one in the group is an actual current employee acting as a spy.

In the group interview, you have to interview a partner then "sell" that person to Management, and explain why that person should get the job. Aren't we supposed to sell ourselves at interviews to beat out the competition!!???
