The interview process was really easy. I Interviewed on campus and only had one interview. it was with two DB employees. After the interview, I received an offer from HR about the agile program, I took the offer because I didn't have any other offers. The starting pay for the agile program was 15 USD. I was furious

Straightforward. All of the questions which one would expect to be asked for a position of this type in this location. There were no surprises. There were multiple questions which were asked by the interviewer.

Phone screen and panel interview with 4 people. All had their cameras off even though HR specified it would be a video interview. Very awkward and 2 of them didn't ask me any questions or talk. Did not hear back from HR regarding update on application status.
