Applied online. Had a phone screening one or two weeks later. Received an invitation for a Superday in NY. There was a morning portion (2 interviews with 2 employees:1 interviewee) and then I was invited back to the second portion of the Superday a few hours later (2 interviews with 2:1 employees).
