The 1st round interview is nice and it would be beneficial if you could provide any insights or understanding of the company. And there is no group discussion.
The 2nd round includes three face-to-face interviews.

Multiple different test and exam process which is then followed by video recorded interviews. Questions that they have are situational based as well as other questions that are focused on the knowledge. The tests & questions on the exams are timed.
