Make sure you read up a bit on current events, have a clear career path you can articulate, and show that you won't cause everyone around you to tie you up and throw you in front of traffic.

Phone screen and panel interview with 4 people. All had their cameras off even though HR specified it would be a video interview. Very awkward and 2 of them didn't ask me any questions or talk. Did not hear back from HR regarding update on application status.
