1ra: People Ops
2da: Head of SDRs
3ra: Senior Sales Manager
4ta: Founder o C/Level
En paralelo a ir avanzando te piden que hagas un cuestionario largo donde te hacen bastantes preguntas personales y sobre como encajarías con la cultura.
Me gustó mucho que se tomaran el tiempo bien de conocerte y realmente plantearte preguntas para que veas por vos mismo si realmente se alinea con lo que buscas en tu vida pero a la vez, se nota que la persona que buscan es realmente una persona y no un engranaje en la máquina.
Buscan comprobar que tengas conocimiento del producto, de ventas y super necesario que hables ingles fluido.

Colloquio
The interview process was a nice experience, with all interviewers demonstrating the cultural beliefs of the company. It application process consisted of five rounds including: 1. Initial Screening Call 2. Cross Functional Round 3. Culture Interview Round 4. you.io which is a series of questions to allow the reader to know you better 5. Founder Round where you have an interview with someone from the founding team. The you.io round was exceptionally interesting as it allowed self-reflection while also providing the team to get to know you better.
