Applied online and received an email from the recruiter within 72 hours. Scheduled a phone screening with recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a manager. Phone interview had to be rescheduled without notice due to scheduling conflicts. Phone interview was messy and manager was obviously distracted and not focused. An on site was scheduled within a few days. On site interview was with 3 individuals, HR, same manager I did phone screening with and a direct report. It was mostly a discussion about my background and situational questions. Once I completed the interview I did not hear back for over 2 weeks. I received a rejection email after I emailed the HR person, no feedback from the recruiter. It's a bad look if you don't provide feedback once. Candidates interview on site. Sounds like I dodged a bullet after hearing more about the company from my network.
