The interviiew process was stressless and very kick back. You are asked to dress casual, and they are very nice. There was an orientation going on so I just waited for my turn and then went into the interview office.A very nice young man came in and asked some generic questions. All were easy to understand. It is (well it always is) good to do research about their organization (Developing Awareness, not Please help the Children) that you will be directly working for. He asked me what days I could work, (you get to pick out your own schedule) The interview went well, and it sounded like I "landed" the job, until the time came when he said he would call me if I got the job and I waited and I waited and never received a phone call. They hire you that fast. You would then come to work for the next 3 or so days for your paid training process @ $10.00 per hour, and if you can get 3 people to sign up wiithin a 3 day time span you pass until your next quota is met. Supposedly they effectivvely train you on how to get people to sign up because they say if you listen and follow directions you should have no problems in signing up 3 people in 3 days. In fact if you are able to sign up 3 people on the first day, you advance next to $13.00 an hour instead of just $12.00. There is also growth within the company, they are starting up more offices in other Cities. But....I will never know, as I did not get piicked to start their 3 day training course....
