Applied via recruiter and was invited for a face-to-face interview at their offices. Great experience, lovely smart people. Interview was natural, mostly exploring my experience, background and motivation for the role. Overall, had a very positive experience. I was contacted via recruiter about a week later to tell me I was not what they were looking for.
