The interview process was fairly easy. I applied online for one position and was recommended by HR for another position that suited my experience best. The interview was held by the Director of the new program and he wasn't very knowledgeable in the new program, so I believe he hired first come first served after evaluating each resume presented.

Long drawn out process. Phone interview then in person interview. Person who was supposed to interview me didn't even show up so a random person had to do the interview. I waited almost am hour before I was interviewed.
