Simple and straight forward interview process. The interviewers were interested and asked intellectual questions. I felt comfortable in their approach as it made me feel like they value education to a high degree of quality.

Was interviewed by a teacher by himself rather than with a panel. Asked me a few basic questions including if I’m a practicing Catholic. Then was called a few days later for another interview with the Student Affairs coordinator. Then was called a few days later to teach a lesson to three volunteer students. Employees who observed were unfriendly during demo lesson. Was called again to have another interview with an administrator. Then was called and offered the job.
