Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Devoteam (Amsterdam) nel mese di lug 2018

I applied to Devoteam via job search website.
Also immediately a guy from recruitment agency contacted me.
General set of questions as usually. After he assigned interview with HR.
It was online interview. No specific questions - why do you work with us,
what technology stack do you prefer and so on.
After this interview they decided to schedule a new one with 2 team leads. It was really long
negotiations when and where it should take place. Only after two weeks this interview
was finally scheduled.
During this interview guys talked a lot about a company and how you gonna work. Devoteam
is a consultancy company all the time you will work at the client office. Also they mentioned that
they have projects with legacy code and routine job as well. Of course they have nice projects,
but no one can tell you for you that you gonna work with them.
Overall experience was neutral - company is trying to find someone good and sell it as expensive as
possible.Personal development and carrier path are not clear and mystified.

There are 3 phases for me, at the time wich I did such interview
1-First call, talking about the project and background
2-Technical call, with the project guys. Very easy
3-Offer call, they made the proposal

Try to negotiate your salary, after the proposal.
They are a premium IT Consulting company, one of the best ones from Portugal.
