Applied via the website, fairly quick initial reply and first interview. Then had to wait nearly 4 weeks and had a day’s notice to prepare a presentation .
Pithy feedback about lack of passion and structure which was massively untrue given I had zero time to prepare a 5-10min presentation which was considered too short at 8 mins!!
Devoteam wasted my time, but did me a huge favour, as I didn’t like what I saw. Two way street guys - learn that at senior level.

Nice and straightforward, I was asked relevant questions by people competent in my area and got prompt feedback (via a third party recruiter). Would consider an offer from them in the future. Was surprised by the lack of hands on technical tests for a developer role but they did do a spoken technical interview.

Ich hatte drei Vorstellungsrunden. Dabei wurde die erste Runde nur mit dem Gschäftsführer abgehalten. Es ging um ein allgemeines Kennenlernen von beiden Seiten.
Die zweite Runde war mit den Abteilungsleitern um die fachliche Qualifikation für die Stelle festzustellen.
Die dritte Runde war wieder mit dem Geschäfsführer um den Arbeitsvertrag und das Gehalt festzulegen.

Das kann pauschal nicht beantwortet werden. Es geht eher darum, ob die Personen allgemein für die Position in Frage kommen. Meiner Erfahrung nach gibt es auch keine "KO-Frage".
