Had a screening interview scheduled with the Head of People, Purpose & Culture. I was contacted and asked my availabilities and we both found a day and time for the interview and confirmed it. On the day of the interview, I never received a call at the time we confirmed for. I continued to wait and still no call or email. I am not sure why I never had my interview; at first I thought they found someone they liked and didn’t need to do any more interviews as their job posting was taken down. However, a few days later, it was put back up again. If I could give any advice to management, I would say to please be transparent with your candidates, as it would have been unappreciated if an interview was set up and the candidate never showed up. I was really excited to interview with this company, as I read all the amazing reviews. However, the failure to call for the interview has left me with a negative impression of this company and what they claim to stand for.
