Honestly, the is the first time that I have ever had an employer open with this information. Kind of interesting. Then he asked some typical behavioral based questions. Then you ask questions. Lasted about 50 minutes. One oddity, you are charged to park your vehicle at their site and they don't validate the parking ticket. Kind of strange.
