Process was efficient , situational and just interview/culture fit type questions; HR representative was a clear communicator and made the process go smoothly; there were multiple interviews with various people that I would eventually work with.

Pathetic! After the initial conversation with the HR, I had one 30 min interview scheduled with another Business Analyst. She sounded soo uninterested in the interview. She did not give a single genuine reply to my questions and seemed to have already made the decision to not go forward with me as she was giving me 'advice' that I might be a better fit for another team. If you have already decided to not move forward with me, why even schedule an interview and waste my time as well as your own time! Anyway, to this date, I have not received a formal rejection from the HR. I emailed him twice-thrice in the weeks following the interview but absolutely no response. And this is after he told me to tell him if I get an offer from somewhere else. In his own words - I will keep you updated and you keep me updated. Worst interview process ever and useless unhelpful recruiters !!
