A recruiter left a voicemail on my phone wanting to discuss the open position. I called back the next day and for a week and a half after that with no answer and no return to my voicemails. I found it rude and unprofessional to contact a candidate and then ignore them. After 3 more weeks, received an email that the position has been filled. Never received a call back...
