The supervisors or managers will conduct your interview (usually 2 people) and ask you various questions about the product, your work ethic, and behavioral questions. The questions are relatively easy and they don't expect you to know everything. Ultimately, they just want to know if you are a good person to work with and are interested in what they are doing.
