All conducted over video interview with camera on.
3 out of the 4 people I spoke with were fairly pleasant to speak with. However, one person made the whole process completely negative for me. He asked me questions that were neither on the job posting nor my resume, routinely spoke over me while I was answering his questions, mansplained my own work experience to me, and gave a general impression that he didn’t want to be there throughout the whole interview.
I cannot imagine that I would ever want to be on a team with someone like this. He would be in a senior role to me, and I don’t think the environment would be open or collaborative.
After all that, I was ghosted for two weeks with no feedback after a follow up email and then sent an automatic rejection email.

they invite me to the onsite after the phone interview and the phone interview was more technical questions, such as how to do such different testing and equipment testing. validation ans so on
