Ghosted by recruiter After the initial screening, more than a week passed, and I had to send a follow-up email asking about the next steps, only for them to inform me that my resume had been shortlisted for further interviews. After that, they disappeared for another two weeks (although it was during the holiday season, so it was somewhat understandable). Eventually, they scheduled an interview without offering a choice of convenient times. The interview went reasonably well (in my opinion), but after that, they completely disappeared and provided no feedback.
