The process started with an approach from a recruiter and an initial conversation with them. There was a second technical phase, followed by a stage with the VP of Solutions. After all these stages (which took quite a long time due to the participants’ schedules), I had to follow up with messages to find out if there was any feedback from the selection process, until I was informed that the position would be put on hold for an indefinite period. The whole process ended up being a waste of time.
