Talked with a few people and had to solve a small coding problem. The people were nice, the problem was not too abstract or complicated. It was a good process and I met some nice people.

Initial call was quick, just chit chat, who am i and why am i considering them.
The second was 1h. tech interview. I was ask about my experience and he ask additional questions.
They give me the most concrete answer and feedback why they are going to pass with me.

Colloquio
There are three rounds:
1. Initial interview where a coding task is given.
2. An on-site interview where they ask you some technical questions.
3. The final interview where you talk with the CTO and they make you an offer.
