Recruiter Screen, two Interviews with executives. Very strange order of interviews and even stranger communication from the recruiter. Wholly disjointed process with long wait times on progress and unclear communication-doesn't bode well for everything the the group is building. Very disappointing to see a ‘values’ based organization act with so little clarity and honesty. Appears they decided not to hire anyone and just interviewing to see what's out there. Definitely an avoid for any candidates seeking a genuine experience.
