I applied online and asked a previous work colleague to refer me. with a week of application I have initial HR interview after that I had a Technical Round once that being done I got email with Online Aptitude test link once completed i Final HR discussion which included my salary discussion and finally I the offer. It two two weeks to finalize everything.
