Applied after grad school. Was contacted by an out-sourced recruiting firm. Had an online assessment. After I passed this, I had 2 phone interviews with a recruiter from the firm, then a face to face interview with the recruiter. This process lasted about 2 weeks, After this, I was invited to an assessment center exercise in Diageo's HQ in Park Royal. This consisted of role play, presentations, interviews and case studies. I was called back after 2 weeks to see the hiring manager.
