Colloquio
1. Submitted application directly to Diageo.
2. Received invitation to completely a numerical reasoning test and a verbal reasoning test.
3. Completed Tests, waited a week before being contacted by their HR department to arrange an interview.
4. Interviewed with 2 managers.
5. Day after interview I was contacted by HR looking for my feedback and notified that they would be issuing me with an offer in the coming days.
6. Later that same week I was issued an offer.

The Interviewers brought me through the six Diageo capabilities and asked questions regarding them.
I had a total of 2 rounds. It was smooth and easy and overall had a good experience. The interviewers and HR were friendly. Overall had a good experience. and the company culture is also good but pay is less

Communication with recruiter in the beginning was great with quick feedback and follow up. After the last interview, she did a follow up to drag me along and keep me waiting. Eventually ghosted.
A rejection email would suffice after a 2 month plus process.

The hiring process takes a long time. Even though you know you have the role, the paperwork takes along time to complete. It took 5 months after interview before I was actually onsite at the location.
