Poor interview experience at Diageo. Applied for a senior marketing role directly on line. Received an email and then had a phone interview. Was taken through to a face to face interview. Told I would hear back within 2 weeks. A month later (and after much chasing) I was told I woukd be taken through to 2nd interview. 4 months later (and lots of chasing by me and being fobbed off) I got a call to say the role had been given to an internal candidate. The business needs to be timely and upfront with candidates.
