Online application, Online tests, Video Interview and then assessment day.
Video interview was pre recorded and usual questions. Was difficult because was given a case study to analyse and comment on. Questions here were which brand would you invest in. Answers were fairly obvious but not given much time
Assessment centre was very good fun but very difficult. Intense because there were 12 of us on the day and 12 assessors.
They used the same online assessment platform as I’d used for another employer - didn’t get the chance to retake for this role - just straight rejection :( despite the fact I’d been ill for previous take

6 questions all relatively general gave lost of time to prepare and answer however the case study at end i found partially difficult with the information provided you do have 10 minutes to prepare however.
the interview questions are pretty tricky. they do not start with a self-introduction but ask some scenario-based questions. And the last question is a case study requiring you to look at a pdf file and present a solution within 10 minutes.
