I attended an initial interview with the recruiter where I was told that I would be invited to attend a formal interview in the next week or so. After contacting the recruiter twice over the next few weeks, the first time being told I would still be I interviewed and no response to my follow up email. I was then asked to complete a survey of my recruitment experience approx 6 weeks later. I did not and still have not received a rejection email. I only discovered I had been unsuccessful when I logged onto the recruitment portal. For such a large company with whom I was keen to work for, I have been extremely disappointed with this process and treatment. The role is still advertised and I have had no feedback on my application.

Applied online, via the Diageo website. Then i was called for interview in Luzira at Uganda Breweries Limited which a subsidiary of Diageo. The interview was at Uganda head office. Interview included 1 hour discussion and presentation with a group.
