The interview process in general has been going smoothly. Had a first call that lasted around 20-30 minutes to check motivation and why I applied for the job role, currently heading into the second interview phase that will last for around 1 hour

3 stages.
1st is to get to know with some basic questions
2nd is more company-specific questions with a small case study
3rd is an hour case study with the senior leaders
It went very well. Very easy interview. First meeting is with TA team, then HR. They ask you questions about yourself and your past experience. Generally it is easy going.
3 steps. 1- HR call 15 minutes. Asked about motivation and why im applying for role. 2- 45 minutes. Asked about motivations, background, and basic knowledge about company and role. 3- Case study. A bit challenging and detailed.
