A recruiter recommended this company as someone trying to get an engineer in there quickly. I was asked to do an on-site late on a Friday afternoon. This was with the new Quality Manager and a Quality Engineer, sandwiched between talking with the HR manager. It was a fairly comfortable discourse and not terribly technical. The focus was mostly on explaining my background as they read my resume. This ended around 5PM on a Friday, and they walked me out. I then had a second interview with the same QM and QE, who then walked me throughout the plant. The facilities themselves were almost in shambles in places, with a lot of dirt, grime, and leaking water. I was introduced to many of the staff, and the visit focused on the job and opportunities in the plant. Next, I received a request for a third interview with the QM. I met her for lunch, answered a couple questions on my background, fielded a situational question, then had lunch and talked about family stuff for 20 minutes. She left without giving me any feedback or when I'd hear back. I finally received an email after almost a month of no contact saying they'd gone with another candidate with 15-20 years of experience, for what seemed like an entry-level position. Everyone seemed easy to get along with and relatable, but contact was infrequent and I wasn't given much feedback or information.
