The recruiter was very unprofessional. Did not respond to emails in a timely manner, finally set up an onsite interview, and afterwards never got back to me, even after I sent a Thank You email. This was after she said she was interested in having me come in for a second interview with the HR manager. This happened two times, a few months apart. This particular recruiter does not show the company in a good light, especially from an HR standpoint. I would think that a company such as this would have better hiring and recruiting practices. Very unprofessional, and I doubt she gets any top talent in the door with her work ethic.
