Good Process. Prepare well but read the review applying. Its better to decide in advance. Prepare for case studies puzzles and general HR Questions. There is no GD or test rounds

The process had 3 rounds after the CV screening. First 2 rounds had 2 cases studies each. For someone who would be appearing for such interviews, please remember that there is a very high chance of cases coming from past real life cases of team interviewing. So a sectoral preparation would help. The final HR / case round was with a senior partner who again judged the cultural fit. At all points, be honest and show your strengths - sharpness, approach to complex problems, hard working abilities, etc
