Initial 45 mins phone screen with HR, and second step was two back-to-back interviews consisting of a technical group panel (two technical questions) and a 1:1 with manager answering behavioural questions. Process was smooth and organized.

Standard procedure. A screening phone call, a discussion with the Manager and team members and an HR interview.
Very nice and polite people. HR is very responsive and open to feedbacks. The whole process should take 2 weeks at most, which I think other companies should follow this timeline to be able to attract talents before their competitors do in the market.
