Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to have you join our team! We do actually look at your test results, and they are part of the determination process as to who we hire. And while the phone screen seemed impossible not to pass, you would be surprised at the number of applicants who don't make it to an in-person interview (and we get a whole lot of information in those 10-15 minutes on the phone).
