Easy. Submit resume via JobStreet. Within a month received call for interview. 2 interviewers which are my bosses now. Very friendly and casual interview.
2nd interview with HR to discuss on benefits. Reveived call by HR few days after that to discuss on salary.

1 Phone interview, 2 in-person interview. It was fine. 4 interviewers.
Of all the interviews with different company from SME or medium size, they are the first one that did not provide me with drinking water throughout this 1.5 hour interview.
And both interviews lasted roughly about 1.5 hour give and take.
At one point you may feel like being targeted to all sorts of doubts and comments. Probably because the interviewers were busy or afraid that interviewee does not understand the job scope.
