Initial phase was interview by phone call by HR - very brief background story telling and experiences. Was asked to come to HQ for face to face interview.
During face to face interview - have few sessions:
1. 1:1
2. Group - few managers will be in the same meeting room, accessing your inputs, ideas, your polite-interrupting skills, etc
3. Presentation
