The whole interview was conducted online, and it went very smooth and friendly. I was asked a few questions about customer service and team work. The staff were also patient in answering my questions about the position.

Sent resume via email and after few days, Zoom interview link was shared and processed because of COVID-19. There were 3 interviewers asking questions and explained about the role. One was the authentication analyst team leader. I am doing my second interview with senior (I guess) and there will be few more steps that I need to complete such as bilingual test and occupational test.
