I was called by the recruiter, who had seen my resume, for an interview. The recruiter told me about the position and after I expressed interest, put me in touch with the HR director. I was brought in for an interview a week after I initially spoke to the recruiter and was interviewed by 4 executives, including the CEO and VP.
