Worst interview in my entire 15 year career.
I had an initial phone interview, then in person interview, where I got a tour. I was asked technical questions, which were not difficult. The non technical questions, however, I found were highly illegal and inappropriate.
I ended up being given an offer, which I declined.

The interview process was straight forward. I had a call with a recruiter and was given a programming test. Then I had another call with members of the team. Overall it was a very positive experience.

The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were very encouraging and helpful! They asked questions about my past experiences and were engaged in my responses. It was a relatively short interview without a technical portion.
