Interview process was kind of a joke, at least for their internship program. I applied and was sent a link to a pre-recorded interview. There were 10 questions or so, and I had to record and upload videos of myself answering each one. Later that day I received a link to upload reference contact information. I honestly thought it was a scam or something because I didn’t talk to anyone, the only communication I had with the recruiter was a few template emails that included links to the interviews/reference checks. I received a call a couple days later with an offer but I declined. The recruiter that sent me the links was very unresponsive to my questions over email. I also didn’t like the fact that no one there could take 30 minutes out of their day to have a quick phone call with me regarding the role and to answer any of my questions.
