Saw this job posting all too often on Indeed which is never a good sign, but planned to apply as a last-resort. The first interview I was ghosted. A few hours after the scheduled interview time, this individual reached out and re-scheduled. The second time around I had the interview, and here were my takeaways: - Scripted questions - Extremely rushed - Would cut me off as I was speaking and rush me along so he could ask the next question - No small talk, no personal connection, barely eye contact. The rude individual who interviewed me would have been my superior, so I politely declined the second interview as there was no way I would work with them, even if I was desperate. Having this individual as the interviewer was a bad impression, so I would not have moved forward even if they were not my superior. The reviews online are right - they really don't care about their employees, because they barely cared enough to make a good impression on a prospective employee.

About a month after applying I was contacted for a phone interview at the end of that same week. After completing the phone interview and answering very typical interview questions about my resume, I was asked to come into the office for another interview the next week. This interview was with 3 managers, one of whom I spoke with during the phone interview. All of the questions asked were the same as the questions as the phone interview, which felt super redundant and unnecessary. The managers spent a lot of the interview talking amongst themselves and cracking jokes which made for a fun, yet kind of unprofessional, interview experience.
