Initially spoke with the Recruiter from the NY office for 15-20 minutes. From there I spoke over the phone with the sales manager I would be working for. After the second phone interview I was invited into the office in the financial district to meet with senior management and team members. In-person interviews took about 2 hours with 4 people total. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions regarding the role and Digital Realty as a company. After the in-person interview the recruiter communicated deadlines and expectations to me via email and phone. I was called about a week after my last interview to be told I was selected for the Inside Sales Team and scheduled an in person walk through of the office space and facility. The offer needed to be approved by a few layers of management, and therefore took longer than anticipated to get to my inbox. Overall the experience was painless and their recruiters were quick to answer emails and calls when I was nervous about deadlines.
