Was contacted over the phone for an initial interview. Afterwards I was sent an email to setup a time to go in and take some tests. Go in to take 3 tests on the computer; a typing test, an alpha-numeric test, and a basic computer test. If you pass the test you have an interview afterwards. I understand that this process changed after I was hired.

For the most part the interviewing process was normal no unusual questions. This was an entry-level experience so they were not expecting me to understand the subject matter at that point. The most difficult part was understanding the explanations for what the company does without having prior experience in the field.

Must pass a typing test and general windows XP knowledge test. Sit down with recruiter and answer some simple questions about why you want to work there. Must pass a strict background check and then pass a drug test.
