Colloquio
Very well organized. I got an interview schedule ahead, and there was only one time change among 6 interviews. Every interviewer was very respectful and nice, I didn't even fell like a standard interview process, more like a conversation. Though they were asking the most profound questions I might ever receive. Gave me a lot of challenges and food for thoughts, which was highly appreciated comparing to a set of standard book questions from other companies.

Most of the good ones were specifically related to my experience so may mot be relevant to most of the colleagues.

Colloquio
Quick and smooth. A few rounds that started with a recruiter, then to the hiring manager and ended with a number of conversations with peers and people that I would be working closely with should I be invited onboard.
The process and the conversations were as interactive as they could be. I was kept posted as I progressed. I learnt about the team and the values, and I had as much of a chance to see if DO would be a good fit as my manger and peers did.
One of the best experiences I have had.

Interview process was well organized, each round structured around a specific theme of DO culture. Awesome culture and awesome people. The recruiter was really helpful for the preparation and was flexible to reschedule.
