Two rounds of interviews with different members of the team.
For their client services team, they're mostly looking for personality and culture fit. As long as you are presentable, speak with clarity and confidence, and know why you're sitting in the interviewers chair, you should be fine.
If you're not a native English speaker, they might ask you to prepare a short presentation in English (many of our clients prefer English).

Initially had a screening interview with HR manager. This was followed by an interview with the senior account manager where i was then asked to prepare a strategy deck within a week to test consumer insights and media knowledge.
